Facilitated by Sam Hickman (artist and art psychotherapist) and Sue Judge (eco-psychologist and holistic wellbeing lead), we will be sharing our deep seasonal knowledge with you to journey into the self via a myriad of archetypal themes.
October will see us working with the symbol of the labyrinth. Used for centuries across cultures as a spiritual and meditative tool, labyrinths are an ancient archetype dating ack over 4,000 years.
Through a wide variety of art mediums, you will be invited to create your own artwork in response to the symbolism of the labyrinth.
No artistic know-how or experience necessary. This is an immersive experience where the focus is on the symbols and process of creativity as a connection to your inner being.
