This evening’s concert celebrates Christmas folklore and tradition with musical wit and sparkle.

St Nicolas
A shipwreck, a storm and a miracle of resurrection all feature in Britten’s dramatic cantata on the life of St. Nicolas – the ‘original’ Santa Claus. Listen out for the ‘pickled boys’!
